Brief Introduction:
Ph.D., associate professor, key researcher of the innovation team of bee products processing and functional evaluation,
vice general manager in Beijing Sino-Bee Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. Research interests on the bee products processing and functional evaluation. Hosting scientific projects include the National Natural Science Foundation of China, China Spark Program, Agricultural Science and Technology Achievements Transformation Fund Project, Central Public-interest Scientific Institution Basal Research Fund, etc. Three awards were got. More than 20 academic papers have been published and 11 patents have been authorized.

2008.09-2013.06: Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology,ChinaAgricultural University.
2001.09-2004.06: M.E. in Food Science,ChinaAgricultural University.
1997.09-2001.07: B.E. in Food science and Engineering,  Qingdao Agricultural University.

1. The change mechanism and control methods on the bee product quality during the storage and processing.
2. The extraction and identification of bioactive components in bee products.
3. Nutrition assessment, bioactive evaluation and utilization of bee products.
