Brief Introduction:
Mainly focus on the extraction and identification of active components in bee products; basic research on evaluation of the bioactivities of bee products. Research areas include: separation, purification, identification and interaction of bee product chemical compounds in honey, propolis, royal jelly and bee pollen; biological activity evaluation and utilization of bee products.
