张红城,男,研究员,1998年7月毕业于华南理工大学,获食品科学博士学位。曾先后在哈尔滨市粮食研究所、北京海关、中国农业科学院蜜蜂研究所从事蜂产品、谷物食品开发及风险管理等食品科学研究工作。目前主要从事蜂产品加工保藏与功能食品研发工作,研究方向为功能食品与生物活性物质、食品生物技术。
