研究方向:授粉、授粉昆虫生物学、授粉昆虫生态安全
主要从事蜜蜂和熊蜂等授粉昆虫的繁殖与授粉利用及其生态安全等方面的研究工作。先后作为项目负责人带领团队开展了利用蜜蜂和熊蜂等传粉昆虫为番茄、油菜、向日葵、枸杞、辣椒和桃等作物授粉的研究与推广工作;率先在国内开展以蜂为媒介的设施作物病虫害防治技术研究;近年来,重点开展蜂机协同作业的安全高效液体授粉技术的研究,为现代授粉业的发展开辟了一种全新的授粉模式,该技术先后被新华社、人民日报和科学网等主流媒体报道。其中,新华社通稿被中央人民政府网站等主流媒体转载。
先后主持国家自然科学基金、国家科技支撑项目、948项目、农业农村部项目、中国农药工业协会和新疆生产建设兵团等企事业单位委托项目20余项,作为主持人完成了我国首例农药对蜜蜂影响的再评价研究工作(再评价吡虫啉对意大利蜜蜂的影响)。
以第一作者或通讯作者发表学术论文40余篇,其中,SCI论文15篇。主编书籍7部,以第一完成人获发明专利授权6项、实用新型专利授权6项、软件著作权授权4项。
指导研究生先后于2018年获中国农业科学院研究生院“年度高水平论文”1人次,2021届硕士研究生论文被研究所推荐参评中国农业科学院研究生院优秀学位论文。
