李继莲,1977年7月出生,女,内蒙古人,2004年7月毕业于中国农业科学院,同年8月份分配到中国农业科学院蜜蜂研究所工作,2016年入选农科院首批青年英才,2017年破格晋升为研究员,博导,2020年底任“传粉蜂生物学与授粉应用”创新团队首席科学家,授粉专委会主任,中国蜂业编委会委员。
科研情况
2004年在中国农科院蜜蜂研究所工作至今,一直从事与人类生存息息相关的传粉昆虫健康与物种多样性保护等方面的科研工作,在“传粉蜂健康与多样性保护”这一国际热点问题方面做出了突出贡献:1、探明了熊蜂肠道微生物存在的两种保守生态型,是继发现人类和大猩猩肠道微生物特定生态型后首次在传粉蜂上被发现;2、明确了传粉蜂肠道优势菌群的定殖机制。3、首次发现烟草环斑植物病毒可跨宿主侵染蜜蜂,并通过蜂螨水平、垂直传播;4、揭示了蜜蜂病毒对熊蜂的跨种侵染和传播机制;上述研究成果对解决传粉蜂数量下降问题和多样性保护方面具有重要意义,为我国传粉蜂授粉产业化的发展提供了理论基础。
2016年获农科院青年科技创新奖1项,在Current Biology等国内外发表文章50篇,其中SCI论文12篇,第一作者和通讯作者共28篇,主编著作3部,获发明专利1项,主持国家自然基金等多个国家级和国际课题,与瑞士苏黎世联邦理工学院的Paul Schmid-Hempel教授,美国Moran Nancy院士,泰国清迈大学蜂病专家Panuwan及美国农业部蜜蜂研究室Jay Evans,Judy Chen,英国皇家学院Mark Brown教授建立了长期合作关系。作为第一协调作者参编国际专著1部《Pollinators, Pollination and Food Production》,主持国家自然基金等多个国家级和国际课题,培养了一批优秀的研究生和青年骨干,与国际顶尖团队长期合作。
